“Tanisha had a mental illness and her family called the police to get her help, maybe get her to a hospital. They came once and she didn’t want to go. Then they came second time. At that point they try to push her in the car. She resisted. Then they threw her on the ground and viciously held her on the ground and she basically died from the harm they did.
