Man arrested in Luke Easter Park during Black Lives Matter Cleveland “Fuck Yo 4th Of July #DefundCleCPD” rally. When contributor arrived, the man was on the ground with several police officers around him and at least one officer holding him down. They started filming and then more officers started to come over. There were some residents gathered around and several people were filming. Then they arrested him and put him in a cop car. A van drove up and the cop car drove away while it was obscured by the van. “Then there was this huddle of like 12 cops walking together… They seemed on edge.”
