Protest at Cleveland Police 2nd District for Justice for Desmond Franklin

Protesters filled the street on Fulton Rd. in front to the 2nd District of the Cleveland Police Department. They were demanding justice for Desmond Franklin, gunned down by an off-duty Cleveland Policeman.
