Richard Hubbard III spoke at a rally for justice for Vincent Belmonte, shortly after Vincent was gunned down by the East Cleveland Police on January 5, 2021. Richard was beaten by Euclid Police officer Michael Amiott, who was later fired, but given complete legal impunity (https://youtu.be/ywmrqwLLKJE). Richard had been stopped while driving, was asked to step out of the car, then immediately was beaten. All charges brought against Richard were dropped and he received a large settlement for this unjust instance of police brutality.
